When shall MPS be updated?

Answer 1

Any change in the supervisory/subordinate relationship
therefore when an employee promotes, transfers, retires, or changes assignments the MPS shall be updated to reflect the change.

Question 2

Uniformed personnel assigned to the Regional Operations Bureaus shall ensure the MPS is updated any time a transfer or new assignment takes place.
