FBW system

A
  • The FBW system incorporates higher-level functions for safety and to reduce pilot workload. They get
    their commands from the Flight Control Module (FCM).
  • When the higher-level functions are working, the flight controls are operating in “Normal Mode”.
  • When the higher-level functions are not working, the flight controls are operating in “Direct Mode”.
