E way bill is generated by following persons
1. The supplier causes the movement of the goods.
2.The recepitant causes the movement of the goods.
3.The consignor in other cases for the purpose of job work.
4. The consignee in other cases .
5. If the supplier is in unregistered person And recepitant is registered person,the movement is deemed to be caused by recepitant and recepitant will generate e way bill.
