Purpose of training should be enhancement of mental and physical betterment implies

Tang Soo Do works with body, mind, & spirit. Utilizing these 3 elements requires doing their best in terms of energy, commitment, & focus

In order to maintain balanced metabolism a practitioner should train regularly & steadily avoiding high or low extremes
Practice basic techniques all the time implies
Training requires practicing basic techniques consistently in order to maintain a high level of quality & caliber of performance

The natural effect of metabolism requires a reasonable time between sessions for the body to adjust & reform in a developmental manner
