What is Lofgren’s syndrome? What disease is it associated with?
A
Lofgren’s syndrome = fever, erythema nodosum, bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, arthralgia. It is associated with sarcoidosis.

What are the CXR findings of IPF?
A
IPF
CXR = reticular or reticulonodular pattern with lower lung predominance; may appreciate honeycombing in advanced disease

What is the diagnosis?
Patient presents with dyspnea, fever, arthralgia, malaise, erythema nodosum. They may also have an arrhythmia, uveitis, lymphadenopathy, and hepato/splenomegaly.

Sarcoidosis
-Bronchoscopy and Transbronchial Biopsy for diagnosis.
