IBS - refer for diagnosis
Biliary Colic (right upper abdominal pain)
Appendicitis (dull abdominal pain initially that becomes sharp lower right abdominal pain)
Pancreatitis (upper abdominal pain that radiates to the back)
Peptic Ulcer (gastic or duodenal)
