A

1) Impediment of the flow of qi and blood in the chong, ren and bao gong caused by cold, heat, damp evil qi, or may be d/t constrained which impairs the blood flow
2) Xu Qi, blood, and essence fail to nourish chong, ren, and bao gong so the blood has no force to move properly.
