The more energy I spend, the more I have. DEVELOP THIS BELIEF.
What is the “I know” mind?
The idea that you already cognitively may know it…but you don’t EMBODY it.
What can you solve when energy is high?
ANYTHING.
What are the 3 levels of mastery?
- Cognitive-Intellectual
- Emotional. You FEEL it. CONSEQUENCES. Gets you to execute & follow through. Energy & emotion makes knowledge stick.
- Physical: it becomes embodied in your physiology. You own it. It is your IDENTITY.
What defines the quality of your life?
The quality of your life is the quality of your emotions.
What are the two master skills in life
- Science of Achievement

What is an “emotional home”?
The place people consistently go. For some, it is anger. For some, it is worry. For some, it is cracking themselves up.
What is the “ultimate failure” in life?
Success without fulfillment.
What happens when someone is wrapped up in their own significance?
- They lose the ability to take action base on truth
- Remain in a prison of their own making
- Unable to grow
How do you create energy?
YOU DEMAND IT.

What can you train yourself to be?
Anything! It’s all a pattern. You can train yourself to be funny, passionate, playful, high energy all the time, and more.
How do the words we use impact our experience?
The words you attach to your experience become your experience.
How does being in a resourceful state impact what you can access?
In every way! you can name it and train it to come when you call it. “The training never stops.” Train a new identity for yourself.
