There was three teachers and and eleven pupils in my group

The school was very different, for example, there was no uniform, the timetable was different and the food was varied

In classes, I had to write, read and speak in Spanish

After classes I usually ate with the family

I learned a heap of new things

The school was different, big and modern
El instituto era diferente, grande y moderno
I met lots of young people my age
Conocí a muchos jóvenes de mi edad
The students and teachers were welcoming and funny
Los estudiantes y los profesores eran acogedores y divertidos
