What is right to buy work and what is DVS function in the right to buy process?
The housing act 1985 allows tenants of some council properties to acquire their property’s. If the tenant disagrees with the valuation of the property they have the right to have the property revalued. DVS revalue the property.
What is community infrastructure levy ?
The planning act 2008 allows local authority’s to charge a affixed rat per square meter of development. Different rates can be set depending on the type of development and location. VOa main function is when a client appeals the rates they are being charged.
What is DWP work?
Property’s valuations undertaken in connection with benefits claims.
What is OPB work
No taxation or statutory valuations.
Generally valuation conducted on behalf of agency’s within the scope of S10 of CRCA
