Describe the tasks and duties of an Admin Assistant. (4)
A
- Filing information and documents securely and confidentially (either manually or digitally) and be able to find the information again.
- Record information in E-Diaries and organise meetings, events or other necessary tasks.
- Deal with requests for information from colleagues or customers.
- Oversee the maintenance of non-computing to ensure it is operating properly.
