What are dural venous sinuses?
A
located at the site of attachment of dural reflections- areas where the meningeal and periosteal layers of the dura mater become separated to form epithelial lined spaces

What is the role of the dural venous sinuses?
A
These receive CSF from the arachnoid villi and drain venous blood from the brain
