Evenly spaced, not touching & no debris, at least 2/32’s tread & can be retreads. Valves are straight & capped. Appear to be inflated properly, if checked would use a gauge.

Not cracked or welded. Flange good condition & not dented. Lug nuts all present & tight with no rust or shiny metal. Hub Seal nuts present & tight, Hub not leaking.
