C: Other than related to delusion, functioning is not impaired and behaviour is not obviously bizarre

A

B. Intense fear of gaining weight, or behaviour that interferes with weight gain
C. Disturbance experience of body weight OR undue influence of BW on self-evaluations OR lack of recognition of seriousness

A

A. Recurrent episodes of binge eating
B. Recurrent inappropriate compensatory behaviour
C. Binging + compensation at least weekly for 3 months
D. Not occurring exclusively during episodes of anorecia

DSM Alcohol dependence

A

More than 2 of

This is too much:

  • More or longer than intended
  • Wants to or can’t cut back
  • Tolerance

Want/need

  • Time spent obtaining/using/recovering
  • Cravings
  • Withdrawal

Consequences be damned:

  • Failure to meet obligations
  • Important activities given up.
  • Use despite social or interpersonal problems
  • Used despite physical or psych problems
  • Using where it’s physically hazardous
