One being Depressed mood OR loss of interest or pleasure
Appetite or weight changes (increase or decrease)
Insomnia or hypersomnia
Loss of energy
Worthlessness or guilt
Inability to concentrate
Psychomotor agitation or retardation
Suicidal thoughts

Not related to substance
Not better explained by another condition
No hx of mania or hypomania
Clinically significant distress or impairment

Substance or Medication Induced Depressive Disorder

Answer 2

symptoms consistent with a depressive disorder
symptoms developed during or after substance use
substance is known to be able to cause depressive disorder
