Rituximab-pvvr (Ruxience)

First dose: initiate at 50 mg/hr. If no reaction, increase by 50 mg/hr every 30 min
to a maximum of 400 mg/hr.
Subsequent doses: initiate at 100 mg/hr. If no reaction, increase by 100 mg/hr
every 30 min to a maximum of 400 mg/hr.

Stop or slow infusion if reaction occurs; depending on severity, infusion may be
restarted at a minimum of 50% reduction in rate after resolution of symptoms.

Rapid infusion protocol may be used if patient tolerated first dose.”
