-2nd gen: palonosetron
MOA: inhibits serotonin at 5-HT in vagus nerve, small bowel, CTZ

- Indications: prevention of ACUTE CINV** –> less helpful for delayed**
- SCHEDULE these, no PRN**
- ADRs: HA and constipation m/c, QTc prolongation (not palonosetron) most severe**
