A

They can make silly decisions like go swimming whilst drunk, which will most likely mean they will drown. One of the more common threats is driving a car whilst drunk. Meaning they will crash. After consuming alcohol people loose their inhibitions and can even think they are invincible

Binge drinking is drinking over the amount of alcohol a sobre man would have. Most commonly, binge drinking is after having 4 bottles of alcohol.

Supervised injection facilities are facilities that provide safe environments for drug addicted patients to take their drug of choice. Supervised injection facilities ensure that the addict is safe and does not overdose and that drug paraphenalia is disposed of safely and not posing a threat to the public. They also educate addicts about drug detox and other options to start thinking about the benefits of quitting.
