A

**Action - **Anti inflammatory by affection prostaglandins and free radicals. Topical or oral

A

**Action - **It increased ACTH and cortisol and therefore decreases inflammation

N.B - This has to be reduced slowly due to -ve feedback and can cause osteoporosis so give bisphosphonates
