- Chelation of Tetracycline
  => Tetracycline, minocyline, doxycyline

- Absorption of drugs require acid pH 
  => Ketoconazole, itraconazole, etc

  • Diarrhea - Mg
  • Flatulence - NaHCO3
  • Aluminum intoxication
  • Na load
  • Safe in pregnancy
