A
D2 receptor antagonist
- uses: mainly nausea, GORD, gastroparesis, combined with analgesia
- ❌: acute dystonia, diarrhoea, hyperprolactinaemia, parkinsonism
- ⚠️: bowel obstruction, young adults + children due to risk of oculogyric crisis
