- manage by taking with food, drink lots of fluids
Azithromycin interactions
- antacids will decrease absorption, ensure to space out by 2 hours before/after
- carbamazepine, antihistamine, anticoagulants
- avoid alcohol

10 days, regardless of room temp/fridge

for fever:
wear loose/breathable fabrics
apply cold compress
use a fan
drink lots of fluid
smoking is a concern, can irritate lungs

Fluconazole –> used to treat vaginal yeast infections caused by candida species
Clotrimazole –> used to relieve irritation

allergies to fluconazole
pregnancies
caution for lactation
ask about tampon use –> can decrease absorption of drug
CanesOral Combi Directions Cream
- Administer before bedtime
- Wash hands and prepare
cream - Squeeze small amount on
finger and apply to area - Use pad to protect clothing and
leakage; do not use a tampon - Wash hands afterward
CanesOral usage general tips
- Do not use tampons; Instead use pads or panty liners to protect clothes
- Use during menstruation is fine
- If menstruation is before therapy, wait until
finished then start therapy - Not infectious but sex should be avoided to
refrain from further irritation

Nausea, vomiting, itchiness, skin-related side effects
- Drink lots of fluid to help with nausea

avoid alcohol
limit caffeine intake

Not relevant, single dose.
Use before expiry date
CanesOral Improvement timeline
1 day should see some relief
significant improvement within 3 days, full improvement by 7 days.
