indication
side effects
dosage

caution

A

alpha 1 agonist
it is a vasopressor/antihypotensive agent.
acts on peripheral alpha-adrenergic receptors to increase arterial resistance, resulting in an increase in blood pressure.

dose: 2.5mg three times a day
