Contraindications: hypersensitivity, hemorrhagic stroke, GI bleed, ulcers, asthma

A

Orders: standing
Indications: chest pain of cardiac origin, pulmonary edema, CHF, hypertensive emergency with normal mental status.
Contraindications: SBP below 90mm/Hg, recent ED drug use. Increased ICP
Route: SL, IV, IO
Dose: 1 tablet (0.4mg), May be repeated in 5 minutes, up to 3 doses
