Hypersensitivity to IB or atropine and derivatives
Use w/ caution in pts with narrow angle glaucoma
IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE (ATROVENT) -Dosage (ad, ped)
Adult: SVN, 500 mcg in 2.5 ml normal saline, may mix one vial IB with one vial albuterol
Peds: SVN, 500 mcg in 2.5 ml normal saline, DO NOT REPEAT
