Alcohol - mild sedation, liver damage
Anticoagulants - increases effect
anti-convulsants
some antibiotics (amlodipine)

98% eliminated in 24 hrs

relieves pain and fever
2x tablets every 4-6 hours
no more than 8 in 24 hours
