How often should patients on Ach-esterase inhibitors be monitored?
A
Every 2-4 weeks after starting/ dose adjustments.

When would you check treatment efficacy for acetylcholinesterase inhibitors?
A
At 3 months repeat cognitive assessment.
Tx should only continue if improvement in pt’s Sx (cognitive, functional or behavioural)
