Answer 1

No one shall:

(a) import into or export from NZ any controlled drug.
(b) produce or manufacture any controlled drug.
(c) supply or administer or offer to supply or administer or otherwise deal with any Class A or B controlled drug to any person.
(d) supply or administer or offer to supply or administer or otherwise deal with any Class C controlled drug to any person under 18 years.
(e) sell or offer to sell and Class C controlled drug to any person over 18.
(f) be in possession of any Controlled drug for the purposes set out in paragraphs c, d or e.
