- Pentazocine (talwin) Schedule IV
- with naloxone if taken oral good
- if taken inj the naloxone works by replacing the pentazocine
- buturphanol (stadol) not scheduled
- nalbuphine (nubain) not scheduled

A
Naloxene (narcan) pure antagonist
- IV only works within minutes
- blocks receptor pull narcotic off of the receptor and replace itself instanteously
- extremely short acting
