Drop box time
Properly completed documents that are accompanied by correct filing fee and time stamped at the box by 4pm or which are not stamped will be file marked with date of the next business day
Drop box: important notes
Top of each page of each set must be time stamped. Documents with upcoming hearing dates must indicate the hearing date and department number on the first page of each document motions and OSC documents that do not have a reserved court date must be submitted for filing. During normal hours of operation which are 8 am to 3pm. Incomplete and incorrect documents will be returned to the originating party without filing. A self addressed stamped envelope must accompany copies for conforming, if you desire your conformed copies to be returned by mail
