- They will also share their vision try and get others inspired to change by being role models

- Employees can drive change through innovation
- They can place demands on the business to change conditions, policies and processes

• Businesses that are looking to increase profits, may implement changes to the business. E.g. marketing campaigns, expansion, new product lines

A
- The reduction of costs is a major driving force for a business
- Reducing costs can help a business become more profitable
- A business that has high cost can initiate change

- Is the process where economic boundaries are removed and businesses begin operating on an international scale
