Moscow Mule

A
(Copper mug)
2 lime wedges
2 oz Tito’s vodka
4 oz Gosling’s ginger beer
2 dashes Aromatic bitters
Garnish: 1 like wheel
  1. Fill mixing tin with ice
  2. Add Tito’s vodka to mixing Tun
  3. Squeeze and drop lime wedges into mixing tin
  4. Add ½ oz selected flavor
  5. Shake and pour with ice and limes into copper mug
  6. Top with Goslings ginger beer
  7. Finish with aromatic bitters over ginger beer
  8. Garnish with lime wheel on rim.

A
(Pilsner glass)
1 1/2 oz house raspberry vodka
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz sour mix
3 oz tropical red bull
Garnish: 6 small gummy bears
  1. Add raspberry vodka, peach schnapps and sour mix to pilsner glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Top with tropical red bull
  4. Garnish with gummy bears on top of drink

(Coupe glass)
1 1/2 oz Van Gogh Espresso vodka
1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate liqueur
1/4 oz Baileys
1 oz cold brew coffee
1 oz milk
Garnish: 1 skewered cookie dough truffle
  1. Fill mixing tin with ice
  2. Add espresso vodka, baileys, milk, Godiva chocolate liqueur, and cold brew coffee.
    Shake and strain into coupe glass
  3. Garnish with skewered cookie dough pop

1 oz LaMarca Prosecco
1/2 oz strawberry monin puree
Garnish: 1 red/yellow pineapple flower
  1. Fill mixing tin with ice
  2. Add raspberry vodka, triple sec, and peach schnapps
  3. Add pineapple juice
  4. Shake and strain into coupe glass
  5. Top with LaMarca prosecco
  6. Sink strawberry puree and garnish with yellow and red pineapple flower (yellow in the center with red tips)

Pop Rocks Martini

A
(Coupe glass)
1 oz house citrus vodka
1 oz St. Germain
1/2 oz Strawberry monin puree
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 oz sprite
Garnish: agave and pop rocks rim
  1. Lightly crush (not powdery) pop tocks before pouring onto plate.
  2. Rim coupe glass with full strength agave syrup. Then dip into 1/4 pack of strawberry pop rocks
  3. Fill mixing tin with ice
  4. Add citrus vodka, St. Germain, strawberry monin puree and lemon juice
  5. Shake and strain into rimmed coupe glass
  6. Top with sprite

2 oz pineapple doli
3/4 oz creme de coconut
1/4 fresh lime juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Garnish: Yellow pineapple flower, umbrella, sprinkle of nutmeg
  1. Fill mixing tin with ice
  2. Add Doli, creme de coconut, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice
  3. Shake and pour with ice into etched rocks glass
  4. Top with a light sprinkle of nutmeg
  5. Garnish with yellow pineapple flower and umbrellla

Spicy Paloma

A
(Etched collins glass)
2 oz Espolon Blanco tequila
1/2 oz diluted agave
2 1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice
2 slices serrano pepper
1 1/2 oz LaMarco Prosecco
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit (1/2 moon)
  1. Pour LaMarca Prosecco into etched collins glass
  2. Add 2 serrano pepper slices to mixing tin and (using clean muddler) muddle
  3. Fill mixing tin with ice
  4. Add tequila, diluted agave, and pink grapefruit juice into mixing tin
  5. Shake and pour over prosecco into etched collins glass
  6. Top with ice
  7. Garnish with 1/2 moon dried grapefruit

A
(Pilsner glass)
2 lime wedges
1 1/2 oz Espolon Blanco tequila
3/4 oz triple sec
1/4 oz agave
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz sour mix
**1/2 oz Gran Marnier UPSELL
**1/2 oz Flavor
Garnish: 1 lime wheel, salt or sugar rim
  1. Fill mixing tin with ice
  2. Squeeze and drop lime wedges into mixing tin
  3. Add tequila, triple sec, agave, sour mix, and lime juice to mixing tin
  4. **Add 1/2 oz of selected flavor (omit agave)
  5. Ask salt or sugar rim and apply rim with rose’s lime juice
  6. Shake and pour with ice and limes into rimmed pilsner glass
  7. Upsell 1/2 oz grand marnier and float on top of finished drink

2 oz Espolon Resposado
3/4 oz creme of coconut
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz egg whites
1/8 tsp dry tumeric
Garnish: lightly sprinkle tumeric
  1. Add ingredients to mixing tin
  2. Shake and pour into etched rocks glass over clean ice
  3. Garnish with light sprinkel of dry tumeric on top

4 mint leaves
3/4 oz lime juice
2 oz bacardi light rum
1 oz mint simple syrup
3 oz soda water
**1/2 oz flavor
Garnish: 1 lime wedge & 1 sugar cane stick
  1. Add mint leaves to mixing tin (no ice)
  2. Add fresh lime juice, rum, and mint simple syrup to mixing tin
  3. Add 1/2 oz selected flavor (omit simple syrup)
  4. Shake and pour into etched collins glass
  5. Top with soda water then fill with ice
  6. Garnish with sugar cane stick and lime wedge

96 oz Mai Tai batch mix
4 oz Gosling’s Dark Rum
Garnish: Pineapple top, 8 orange wheels, 3 pineapple flowers

  1. Fill large format glass 90% with ice
  2. Place orange wheels around the top edge of the large format glass
  3. Fill the rest of the way with ice
  4. Pour batch mix over ice
  5. Float Gosling’s Dark Rum over mix in large format glass
  6. Garnish with pineapple flowers (2 yellow, 1 red) in the leaves of the pineapple top.

6 oz Mai Tai batch mix
1/2 oz Goslings Dark Rum
Garnish: Pineapple leaf and flower

  1. Fill pilsner glass with ice
  2. Pour batch mix over ice into pilsner glass
  3. Float Gosling’s Dark rum over batch mix in glass
  4. Garnish with pineapple flower and pineapple leaf

3 dashes Aromatic bitters
3 dashes orange bitters
1 half moon orange
1 luxardo cherry
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz Redemption bourbon
Garnish: 1 luxardo cherry and flamed orange zest
  1. Add simple syrup, orange and aromatic bitters, orange wheel, and luxardo cherry to a mixing tin
  2. Muddle ingredients together
  3. Fill a shaker 1/2 way with ice, add Redemption bourbon and stir
  4. Fill etched rocks glass with ice
  5. Strain the contents of mixing tin over clean ice into etched rocks glass
  6. Garnish with flamed orange zest and luxardo cherry by placing them on top of the drink.

2 oz Roku gin
1/2 oz blood orange monin puree
3 oz tonic water
Garnish: 1 dehydrated blood orange wheel
  1. Fill mixing tin with ice
  2. Add gin, and blood orange puree to tin
  3. Shake and pour into etched rocks glass
  4. Top with tonic water
  5. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange wheel

2 oz Roku gin
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz monin raspberry puree
1 1/2 oz egg whites

  1. Rinse coupe glass with dry vermouth, set aside
  2. Fill mixing tin with ice
  3. Add Roku gin, lemon juice, raspberry puree, and egg whites
  4. Shake and strain into coupe glass
  5. Dump ice out of tin and pour cocktail back into the chilled tin
  6. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Pour drink back into coupe glass
  7. Garnish TBD

Garnish: 1 fruit infused popsicle

  1. Add 1 fruit infused popsicle to etched collins glass
  2. Pour spiked seltzer into glass
