Moscow Mule
A
(Copper mug) 2 lime wedges 2 oz Tito’s vodka 4 oz Gosling’s ginger beer 2 dashes Aromatic bitters Garnish: 1 like wheel
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Add Tito’s vodka to mixing Tun
- Squeeze and drop lime wedges into mixing tin
- Add ½ oz selected flavor
- Shake and pour with ice and limes into copper mug
- Top with Goslings ginger beer
- Finish with aromatic bitters over ginger beer
- Garnish with lime wheel on rim.

A
(Pilsner glass) 1 1/2 oz house raspberry vodka 1/2 oz peach schnapps 2 oz sour mix 3 oz tropical red bull Garnish: 6 small gummy bears
- Add raspberry vodka, peach schnapps and sour mix to pilsner glass
- Add ice
- Top with tropical red bull
- Garnish with gummy bears on top of drink

A
(Coupe glass) 1 1/2 oz Van Gogh Espresso vodka 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate liqueur 1/4 oz Baileys 1 oz cold brew coffee 1 oz milk Garnish: 1 skewered cookie dough truffle
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Add espresso vodka, baileys, milk, Godiva chocolate liqueur, and cold brew coffee.
Shake and strain into coupe glass - Garnish with skewered cookie dough pop

(Coupe glass) 1 oz raspberry vodka 1/2 oz triple sec 1/2 oz peach schnapps 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz LaMarca Prosecco 1/2 oz strawberry monin puree Garnish: 1 red/yellow pineapple flower
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Add raspberry vodka, triple sec, and peach schnapps
- Add pineapple juice
- Shake and strain into coupe glass
- Top with LaMarca prosecco
- Sink strawberry puree and garnish with yellow and red pineapple flower (yellow in the center with red tips)

(Coupe glass) 1 oz house citrus vodka 1 oz St. Germain 1/2 oz Strawberry monin puree 1/4 oz lemon juice 1 oz sprite Garnish: agave and pop rocks rim
- Lightly crush (not powdery) pop tocks before pouring onto plate.
- Rim coupe glass with full strength agave syrup. Then dip into 1/4 pack of strawberry pop rocks
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Add citrus vodka, St. Germain, strawberry monin puree and lemon juice
- Shake and strain into rimmed coupe glass
- Top with sprite

(Etched rocks glass) 2 oz pineapple doli 3/4 oz creme de coconut 1/4 fresh lime juice 1 oz pineapple juice Garnish: Yellow pineapple flower, umbrella, sprinkle of nutmeg
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Add Doli, creme de coconut, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice
- Shake and pour with ice into etched rocks glass
- Top with a light sprinkle of nutmeg
- Garnish with yellow pineapple flower and umbrellla

- Add Doli and pineapple juice
- Shake and strain into coupe glass

(Etched collins glass) 2 oz Espolon Blanco tequila 1/2 oz diluted agave 2 1/2 oz pink grapefruit juice 2 slices serrano pepper 1 1/2 oz LaMarco Prosecco Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit (1/2 moon)
- Pour LaMarca Prosecco into etched collins glass
- Add 2 serrano pepper slices to mixing tin and (using clean muddler) muddle
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Add tequila, diluted agave, and pink grapefruit juice into mixing tin
- Shake and pour over prosecco into etched collins glass
- Top with ice
- Garnish with 1/2 moon dried grapefruit

(Pilsner glass) 2 lime wedges 1 1/2 oz Espolon Blanco tequila 3/4 oz triple sec 1/4 oz agave 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 3 oz sour mix **1/2 oz Gran Marnier UPSELL **1/2 oz Flavor Garnish: 1 lime wheel, salt or sugar rim
- Fill mixing tin with ice
- Squeeze and drop lime wedges into mixing tin
- Add tequila, triple sec, agave, sour mix, and lime juice to mixing tin
- **Add 1/2 oz of selected flavor (omit agave)
- Ask salt or sugar rim and apply rim with rose’s lime juice
- Shake and pour with ice and limes into rimmed pilsner glass
- Upsell 1/2 oz grand marnier and float on top of finished drink

(Etched rocks glass) 2 oz Espolon Resposado 3/4 oz creme of coconut 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz egg whites 1/8 tsp dry tumeric Garnish: lightly sprinkle tumeric
- Add ingredients to mixing tin
- Shake and pour into etched rocks glass over clean ice
- Garnish with light sprinkel of dry tumeric on top

(Etched collins glass) 4 mint leaves 3/4 oz lime juice 2 oz bacardi light rum 1 oz mint simple syrup 3 oz soda water **1/2 oz flavor Garnish: 1 lime wedge & 1 sugar cane stick
- Add mint leaves to mixing tin (no ice)
- Add fresh lime juice, rum, and mint simple syrup to mixing tin
- Add 1/2 oz selected flavor (omit simple syrup)
- Shake and pour into etched collins glass
- Top with soda water then fill with ice
- Garnish with sugar cane stick and lime wedge

24 oz mai tai batch mix
Garnish: Yellow pineapple flower in each glass
Fill two etched rocks glasses with ice
Do not add additional dark rum float.

96 oz Mai Tai batch mix
4 oz Gosling’s Dark Rum
Garnish: Pineapple top, 8 orange wheels, 3 pineapple flowers
- Fill large format glass 90% with ice
- Place orange wheels around the top edge of the large format glass
- Fill the rest of the way with ice
- Pour batch mix over ice
- Float Gosling’s Dark Rum over mix in large format glass
- Garnish with pineapple flowers (2 yellow, 1 red) in the leaves of the pineapple top.

6 oz Mai Tai batch mix
1/2 oz Goslings Dark Rum
Garnish: Pineapple leaf and flower
- Fill pilsner glass with ice
- Pour batch mix over ice into pilsner glass
- Float Gosling’s Dark rum over batch mix in glass
- Garnish with pineapple flower and pineapple leaf

Old Fashioned
A
(Etched rocks glass) 3 dashes Aromatic bitters 3 dashes orange bitters 1 half moon orange 1 luxardo cherry 1/2 oz simple syrup 2 oz Redemption bourbon Garnish: 1 luxardo cherry and flamed orange zest
- Add simple syrup, orange and aromatic bitters, orange wheel, and luxardo cherry to a mixing tin
- Muddle ingredients together
- Fill a shaker 1/2 way with ice, add Redemption bourbon and stir
- Fill etched rocks glass with ice
- Strain the contents of mixing tin over clean ice into etched rocks glass
- Garnish with flamed orange zest and luxardo cherry by placing them on top of the drink.
