Old fashioned glass with ice
1oz gin 1oz Campari 1oz sweet vermouth Stir in tin Pour over fresh ice Garnish with orange peel
Americano– switch gin for a splash of club soda
Boulevardier– switch gin for whiskey
Pimm’s cup (not on speed test) chilled highball glass
Gently middle 2 cucumber wheels and 2 lemon slices
2oz pimm’s #1
Fill with 7up, lemon lime soda, or ginger ale
Stir and add ice
Garnish with lemon twist
