Caipirinha
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca 1oz Simple Syrup 9 Lime Pieces 1oz flavor 5 Lime Floaties Method: Place lime and simple syrup in the shaker and muddle. Add ice, cachaca, and lime floaties to the shaker. Shake together and pour into glass
Brazilian Mojito
Same method as caipirinha, just add mint leaves
Rio Cosmo
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca
1oz Triple Sec
1oz cranberry juice
Splash of simple syrup
1/2 lime
Method: Squeeze lime into the shaker and then add rest of ingredients. Shake together and strain into a frosted martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist
Inpanema Margarita
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca 1oz triple sec 2oz sour mix 1/4 of a lime Method: Squeeze 1/4 of lime into shaker, add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake together and pour into a highball glass with a rim of salt, garnish with a lime wedge
Rio Sunrise
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca 1oz peach schnapps 2oz pineapple juice cherry juice Method: Add ingredients to shaker except cherry juice. Shake and pour into a highball glass and drizzle cherry juice over the cocktail. Garnish with a cherry
Brazilian Rose
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca
1oz Grand Marnier
2oz passion fruit
1/2 oz grenadine for layer effect
Method: Start by pouring the grenadine into a chilled martini glass. Place all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake together and strain slowly into the side of the martini glass so there is a layer of red and orange. Garnish with an orange wedge
Carnaval
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca
1oz Pama, pomegranate liquer
1 oz sour mix
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Orange Juice to top
Method: Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker and shake well with ice. Serve in a rocks glass, top with a splash of oj, and garnish with an orange wheel
Samba
Ingredients: 1 1/2oz cachaca
3/4oz peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz lemonade mix
1 oz sprite
1 orange, lime, and lemon wedge
Method: Squeeze the juices of the wedges into a shaker. Add all of the remaining ingredients including the wedges and shake with ice. Serve in a high ball glass, top with sprite, and garnish with lemon wheel
Bahia Breeze
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz cachaca
1oz peach schnapps
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1oz pina colada mix
1 slice of orange
Method: Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and serve on the rocks. Garnish with an orange wedge
Gran Cosmo
Ingredients: 1 1/2 Absolute vodka
1/2oz Grand Marneir
1/2oz lime juice
1/2oz cranberry juice
Method: Place all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake together and strain, serve in a chilled martini glass with a lemon twist
The Dirty Double Cross
Ingredients: 2oz of Double Cross Vodka
1/2oz olive brine
Splash of dry vermouth
Method: Add ingredients into a shaker and shake together.
Patron Passion fruit Margarita
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Patron Silver Tequilla
1/2oz triple sec
1/2oz passion fruit puree
1/2 oz sour mix
Method: Place all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake together and serve in a wine glass, garnish with an orange

1/2oz Cedilla
1/2oz Midori
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Method: Place all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake together and strain, serve in a chilled martini glass with an orange slice

Ingredients: 1 1/2oz Pinnacle Raspberry Vodka
1/2oz Cointreu
1/2oz Cedilla
1/4 of a lime
Method: Squeeze the lime into the shaker add the rest of the ingredients. Shake together strain and serve in a chilled martini glass with a lime wheel garnish
Brazilian Lemon Drop
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Pinnacle Citrus Vodka
1oz Cointreu
1oz Sour mix
1/4 of a lemon
Method: Squeeze the lemon into shaker, add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake together. Strain and serve in a sugar rimmed martini glass
