Method:
1. clap 4 mint leaves i & add to shaker
2. Add 1.5oz of white Captain Morgan
3. Add 1oz of simple syrup
4. Add 1.5oz of lime juice
5. Use muddler to crush ingredients in shaker
6. Add 1 scoop of ice to shaker
7. Close & shake
8. Fill long verre with ice
9. Place strainer on shaker & pour into long verre
10. Top off with soda
- Mint leaf, lime wedge and long straw to garnish

-rim of sugar on cognac glass
-2 oz of disaronno in shaker
-add 1.5 oz of lemon juice in shaker

- Add ice in shaker
- 1.5oz smirnoff
- 0.5 triple sec

- Empty martini glass of soda & ice
- Double strain into martini glass
- Garnish with dehydrated lime

Fill shaker with ice
2. Add 2ox bullet bourbon,

8. Peel orange skin, twist to release oils
