Instructions:
Put sliced cucumber into the glass, making it swirl around the inside of the glass. Fill with ice to keep cucumber in place. Hard shake cucumber juice and Vodka. Strain into glass. Tip with soda. Garnish.

Instructions:
Gently muddle 6-10 mint leaves in the bottom of the collins glass. Pack with ice. Hard shake watermelon puree and tequila. Add sparkling wine to shaker. Strain into glass. Gently stir to mix, but try not to lift the mint leaves. Garnish.

   3 dashes Peychaud Bitters
   3 dashes Angostura Bitters
   Absinthe

Instructions:
Spritz glass with Absinthe. Fill with ice and set aside. In a mixing glass add ice, rye, and bitters. Stir. Dump the ice in the now chilled glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish.
