Black Russian
1 3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz coffee liquor
Combine ingredients in a lowball/ old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently.
Bay breeze
1 oz vodka
3 oz cranberry juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a line wedge.
Bloody Mary
1 1/2 oz vodka 3 oz tomato juice 1/2 oz lemon juice 2 dashes worcestershire sauce 2 dashes tabasco sauce Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and the Tabasco sauce to a empty highball glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice. Stir gently. Garnish with a celery stalk.
Blue Hawaiian
1 oz blue curaçao liqueur 1 oz light rum 2 oz pineapple juice 1 oz cream of coconut Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass.
Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 vodka citron 1/2 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz cranberry juice Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and drain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz white rum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and drain into a cocktail glass.
Grasshopper
1 oz green creme de menthe
1 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz fresh creme
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake we’ll and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Hurricane
2 oz dark rum 2 oz white rum 2 oz passion fruit syrup 1 oz orange juice 1 oz lime juice 1 tbsp simple syrup 1 tbsp grenadine Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass half filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
Kamikaze
1 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Lemon drop
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 sugar cube
Combine the vodka and lemon juice with ice in a shaker. Shake, strain and pour over a sugar cube in a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral.
Long Island Iced Tea
1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz tequila 1/2 oz white rum 1/2 oz triple sec 1/2 oz gin 3/4 oz Lemon juice 1 oz gomme syrup Dash of cola
Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a lemon spiral.
Manhattan
1 3/4 oz rye whiskey
3/4 oz sweet red vermouth
Dash of angostura bitters
Combine ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Martini
2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an olive or lemon peel.
Mimosa
2 1/2 oz champagne
2 1/2 oz orange juice
Pour the orange juice into a flute glass and then gently pour in the champagne. Stir gently.
Mind Eraser
2 oz vodka
2 oz kahlua
2 oz tonic water
Combine ingredients in a lowball glass
Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz gin 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz cream 1 oz egg white 4 dashes grenadine Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Sex on the Beach
1 1/2 oz vodka 3/4 oz peach schnapps 1 1/2 oz orange juice 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice Combine ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
Singapore Sling
1 oz gin 1/2 oz cherry liqueur 1/4 oz Cointreau 1/4 oz Benedictine 4 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz lime juice 1/3 oz grenadine Dash of angostura bitters Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple Alice and a marathon cherry.
Slow Gin Fizz
2 oz sloe gin 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz simple syrup 4 oz club soda Combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a Collins glass or lowball glass half filled with ice. Add the club soda and stir slowly.
Stinger
1 3/4 oz cognac
3/4 oz creme de menthe
Combine ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Tom Collins
2 oz gin 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice Dash of sugar syrup Chilled soda water Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice filled Collins glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice, cherry or lime slice.
Tequila Sunrise
1 1/2 oz tequila
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Pour the tequila and orange juice into a highball glass filled with ice. Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
White Russian
1 3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz fresh cream
Pour the coffee liqueur and vodka into an ice filled lowball/old fashioned glass. Gloat the cream on top and stir in slowly.
Zombie
1 oz white rum 1 oz gold rum 1 oz dark rum 1 oz apricot brandy 1/2 oz high proof rum ( Bacardi 151) 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz papaya juice Dash of grenadine Combine all ingredients ( except the high proof rum) in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a hurricane or highball glass. Lastly, add the high proof rum. Garnish with a fruit slice and a cherry.
