- Indication: Excess cold and severe food stagnation accumulation syndrome
- Sx: Sudden epigastric/abdominal pain and distention so intense that it feels “as if an awl is piercing the abdomen,” rough/uneven breathing, cyanotic complexion, no bowel movement, possible (severe) - loss of consciousness with the mouth tightly closed
- Fx: Harshly purges accumulations
- T: Bluish-purple body w/ white coating
