1. Opening words explaining that the document is a will, and details of the testator,
2. Revocation clause,
3. Appointment of executors and, if there is a trust created, trustees,
4. Appointment of guardians for minor children,
5. Any non-residuary legacies, such as specific gifts or items, or pecuniary legacies,
6. Gift of residue, on trust if necessary, such as where there is a continuing trust for beneficiaries at a contingency ager, or a life interest,
7. Administrative clauses giving the PRs and trustees powers,
8. Attestation clause,
9. Signature of testator + witnesses
