Congenital cardiac malformations
Pulmonary HT
GORD
Refractive errors, congenital cataracts
Recurrent ear infections
OSA
Sinusitis
Thyroid disease, T1DM
Increased risk of leukaemia 
Immunocompromise
Orthopedics - atlantoaxial instability (= cervical spine subluxation)
Behavioural and psychiatric complications
