Clatter
Verb.-to make continuous loud noises by hitting hard objects against each other, or to cause objects to do this
Example:
Don’t clatter the dishes — you will wake up the baby 🍼
Slam
Verb.- to (cause to) move against a hard surface with force and usually a loud noise
Example:
The wind made the window 🪟 slam (shut).
Close the door carefully, don’t slam it.
Darn it
Exclamation informal.- used instead of damn to express anger
Example:
Darn it! There goes my bus…
Horndog
Noun informal.- a man who wants to have sex a lot
Example:
His best friend is a horndog who’s been married several times
Imp
Noun often humorous.- a small evil spirit/achildthatbehavesbadly, but in a way that isfunnyratherthanserious
Example:

Examples:

Verb.-to prevent a plan or process from succeeding
Examples:
There’s no better way to derail a promising life than playing love 💖 games.
Whine
Verb.-to make a long, high, sad sound / if you whine, especially as a kid, you complain or express disappointment or unhappiness repeatedly
Examples:
Leon’s dog was sitting by the door whining, so I thought I’d better take it for a walk.

Dimwit
Noun informal.- a stupid person
Examples:
I completely forgot what I came in here for - I’m such a dimwit!
