Prostate cancer
LDR (brachy): 145 with 75 -100 seeds , iodine or palladium
External beam: 60/20 or 78/39
Recurrent salvage EBRT : 60 Gy
Ovarian Cancer
WART: 22.5 / 25 + 15/15 to pelvis only
- can also do intrapersonal P-32 or chemo in select cases
Cervical cancers
External beam: 45-50.4 Gy
Brachytherapy: used to deliver a dose of 85-90 Gy to the tumour
HDR brachy: 5.3-7.5 Gy per fraction for 5-8 fractions
Endometrial
Pelvic: 45/25
Vaginal
85 to the disease
EBRT
60-65 Gy is brachy not possible
45-50.4 Gy to nodes
Brachy used as a boost
Vulvar
Definitive: 65 - 70 Gy with chemo delivered in 1.7-1.8 Fractions
Adjuvant: 45-50 Gy or more
Lymph nodes:
45-50 Gy for microscopic / suspicious nodes
53-63 Gy for large nodes or ENE
