EPI IV/IO
IV/IO: 1mg q. 3-5 mins.

ET: 2-2.5mg diluted in 10ml NSS
ATROPINE SULFATE
0.5mg IV x 3 doses with 3-5 minutes interval until desired HR is achieved or until 0.04mg/kg is given.

CCB: VERAPAMIL
Initial IV initial dose: 5-10mg over 2 mins.
May repeat dose 10 mg, 30min after first dose.
AMIODARONE
ARRESTED/WITHOUT PULSE/V.FIB: RAPID 300 mg via IV/IO for over 3 min. (dilute in 20-30ml).
W/ PULSE: SLOW 150 mg via IV/IO for over 10 mins.
ADENOSINE
ROUTE: IV/IO
- ADULT DOSE: 6 mg rapid IV bolus over 1-3 sec, followed by a 20-mL saline bolus. Then, elevate extremity.
- Max. dose - 12 mg
- PEDIA DOSE: 0.1 mg/kg; second dose 0.2 mg/kg rapid push; followed with 5-10 ml NS flush
- Max. dose - 6 mg
DOPAMINE (1st LINE)
- 2-20 mg/kg/min
- 200 mg infusion ć D5W 250 cc
DOBUTAMINE (2nd LINE)
- 250 mg/ml depends sa weight ng px.
NOREPI (3rd LINE)
- Given after 1 hr. of giving dopa and dobu and no improvement.

Initial dose of 0.4 to 2 mg IV/IM/SQ, repeat at 2 to 3 minute intervals. Use smaller doses (0.1-0.2 mg) in postoperative patients to avoid large cardiovascular changes
