Office Space Commercial Real Estate.

• Small businesses will go out quicker than the blue collar steady salary based families will.
• The person who rents the office, will get rid of the office, but they won’t get rid of where they live.
• A lot of the time you will need to put their name on the building, may need to change the carpet to their liking, may be beat out by competing office spaces unless you give 6 months free rent to get the lease signed.
• The bigger the organization, the more they are going to want from you. They will stay long but they will request a lot.
• People always need a place to sleep, they don’t always need an office.
