Medetomidin (alfa-2-agonist) (Medetomidine Hydrochloride)
Indication:
Sedation and analgesia before examination, treatment and small surgical procedures. Combination anesthesia.

Detomidin, alfa-2-agonist (Detomodine Hydrochloride)
Indication:
sedation and analgesic effect, praemedication prior to anaesthesia.
CI:
deseases of heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, higher degree of pregnancy.
D: 0,1– 0,8 ml/100 kg as necessary.
WP: meat 2 days, milk 1 milking

Atipamezol (alpha-2-adrenergic antagonist)
Indication:
reduction of sedation, decrease blood pressure, increase heart and respiratory rates, and reduce the analgesic effects of alpha 2-adrenergic agonists as medetomidine and xylazine of dogs and cats, administer 15-60 min. after medetomidine.
D: 0,4 ml/ 10 kg IM or SC.

Indication:
Relief of pain assocated with colic in horses.
Relief of moderate to severe pain in dogs and cats.

Heptaminol HCl and diprohyline
Indication:
Symptomatic treatment of respiratory and/or heart failure
CI:
Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients. This product may cause positive reaction to anti-drug controls.
D: 2ml/10kg bw IM. (the treatment may be repeated 4-5 hr later & for 4-5 days)
WP: meat 7 days, not indicated for animals prod. milk for human consumption
