What are visual signs of strangulation?

What are some symptoms to strangulation?
Pain to throat
Difficulty swallowing
Hoarseness
Loss of voice
What should you do if someone suffered strangulation?
Call medics ASAP
Could be possible brain damage from lack of oxygen
What are some questions to ask a victim of strangulation?
Describe or demonstrate how it occurred
Ask with one or two hands/object or forearm
