Is the intentional violent or controlling behavior that one person wields over another. This behavior includes

- Psychological Abuse, and/or,
- Social Isolation or Economic Abuse

7 Duties and Responsibilities (LORiSAW)
Locating and getting to a safe place.
Obtaining medical treatment
Remain on scene
Inform the victim of their rights and provide a copy in hand of the abuse law card
Shall arrest the abuser as required by the law
Assist victim by Activating the emergency judicial system.
Warn Abuser may be eligible for bail.
