- investigations where the circumstances make it clear that it is essential to the public or officer safety and security to ascertain the immigration status of a victim or a witness
What are MCM criteria offences?
- homicides
- sexual assaults and all attempts (sexual touching)
- trafficking in persons
- non-familial abductions and attempts
- MPs outlined in MCM
- criminal harassment cases in which the the offender is not known to the victim
- suspected homicides involving found human remains
- any other case designated by MCM
What is a domestic occurrence?
created to detail criminal behaviour and or a breach of any statute related to a domestic situation and includes an arrest report
what are the criteria offences for the Victim Quick Response Program?
homicide attempt murder serious physical assault domestic violence sexual assault hate crime in the immediate aftermath of the crime
