why has there been more equality?

what’s an arguments against change being exaggerated

what are some arguments for change being exaggerated
-bayfield ( women still have the most domestic work even in dual career households)
-rapoports (career women are still viewed first as wives/mothers)
-hochschild (full time working women spent 3h a day doing housework, men spent 17m)
-oakley (studied 40 housewives, said they were as alienated by their work as factory workers and had similar coping mechanisms)
