(Basic Accreditation)

1. Valid Mayor’s Office/ Business Permit
   2.Valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of 100,000.00
2. Contract between the unit owner and property management allowing such unit to be utilized for commercial purposes (for individual condominium only)

Documentary Requirements for Mabuhay Accommodation
(Regular Accreditation)

Answer 3

1. Valid Mayor’s Office/ Business Permit
2. Valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of 200,000.00

Question 4

Documentary Requirements for Mabuhay Accommodation
(Premium Accreditation)

Answer 4

1. Valid Mayor’s Office/ Business Permit
2. Valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Policy with a minimum coverage of 300,000.00
3. Proof of attendance to training programs conducted by a third-party organization ( e.g government, private, academe) within the last three (3) years of at least 50% of the employees on any of the following:
   a. Customer Services
   b. Housekeeping
   c. Front Office Services
   d. Food and Beverage Services
   (for renewal applicants only)
4. Recognitions/ Awards from any reputable government or private institutions

Question 5

Documentary Requirements for Homestays
(Regular Accreditation)

Answer 5

1. Valid Mayor’s Permit
2. Proof of attendance to a Homestay training conducted by DOT or DOT-accredited training institutions within the last two (2) year prior to application for accreditation
3. Contract between the unit owner and property management allowing such unit to be utilized for commercial purposes (for individual condominium units only)
